Yalla-Mama - This four-part series brings together mothers who have given birth within the last ten months, creating a supportive space to connect and share their experiences. Each session focuses on building a sense of community as these moms navigate raising children in the same age group. Through exchanging ideas and practical tips, they’ll discuss nurturing meals and healthy eating habits, explore ways to improve sleep for both babies and parents, and enjoy the benefits of gentle yoga together.
Additionally, the group will draw inspiration from the timeless wisdom of Torah, gaining spiritual insights that enrich their journey through motherhood.
The series fosters a warm, encouraging environment where moms can grow, learn, and find camaraderie during this stage of life.
